CanAm has established direct billing relationships with several major international health insurance providers. Under these insurance policies, the patient simply signs the claim form, and CanAm will arrange for payment directly from the company. Patients will only be required to pay any applicable deductible, co-payment, excess or non-covered treatment fees (depending on your particular insurance policy).

We also cooperate with several assistance companies, with whom we coordinate first-aid, escort and evacuation services.
If your insurance coverage is with a company with whom we do not have a direct billing relationship, we issue official receipts and assist in delivering any documents necessary for making a smooth reimbursement claim from your insurer.
Any disputes over coverage should be brought up with your insurance company directly. We would be happy to assist you in determining your policy coverage in more detail.
